چکیده
The development of computational devices can provide computer-generated holograms (CGH) over 100 Giga-pixel easily. performance improvement the graphical processing unit makes calculations faster with a normal personal computer. In contrast, output device CGH is not reported much. Since fringe pattern, high resolution and fine pixel pitch are required for device. We have been developing direct printer, which consists laser, an X-Y stage, SLM, optical parts available on market. Our previous report presented liquid crystal panel, was used SLM that had full HD 7 μm pitch. Pixel panel small enough CGH, setup works to demagnify printed pattern. To record calculated pattern split exposed in tiles by X–Y stage. results showed 0.44 Gpixel CGHs. However, more high-quality very important. this paper, we review system printer achieved 0.35 CGH. also investigate new printer.

Uncooled amorphous silicon 1⁄4 VGA IRFPA with 25 μm pixel-pitch for High End applications
The high level of accumulated expertise by ULIS and CEA/LETI on uncooled microbolometers made from amorphous silicon layer enables ULIS to develop 384 x 288 (1⁄4 VGA) IRFPA formats with 25 μm pixel-pitch designed for high end applications. This detector ROIC design relies on the same architecture as the full TV format ROIC one (detector configuration by serial link, user defined amplifier gain,...
متن کامل50 μm pixel pitch wafer-scale CMOS active pixel sensor x-ray detector for digital breast tomosynthesis.
Wafer-scale CMOS active pixel sensors (APSs) have been developed recently for x-ray imaging applications. The small pixel pitch and low noise are very promising properties for medical imaging applications such as digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT). In this work, we evaluated experimentally and through modeling the imaging properties of a 50 μm pixel pitch CMOS APS x-ray detector named DynAMITe ...

We describe a high optical performance 3.4 μm pixel pitch global shutter CMOS image sensor with multiple accumulation shutter technology and a large tapered light guide structure. The pixel achieves 1.8 etemporal noise and full well capacity of 16,200 ewith charge domain memory in 120 fps operation. The sensitivity and parasitic light sensitivity are 28,000 e-/lx·s and -89 dB, respectively. Mor...
متن کاملDevelopment of Gentle Slope Light Guide Structure in a 3.4 μm Pixel Pitch Global Shutter CMOS Image Sensor with Multiple Accumulation Shutter Technology †
CMOS image sensors (CISs) with global shutter (GS) function are strongly required in order to avoid image degradation. However, CISs with GS function have generally been inferior to the rolling shutter (RS) CIS in performance, because they have more components. This problem is remarkable in small pixel pitch. The newly developed 3.4 µm pitch GS CIS solves this problem by using multiple accumula...
متن کاملA 10,000 Frames/s 0.18 μm CMOS Digital Pixel Sensor with Pixel-Level Memory
In a Digital Pixel Sensor (DPS), each pixel has an ADC, all ADCs operate in parallel, and digital data is directly read out of the image sensor array as in a conventional digital memory [1]. The DPS architecture offers several advantages over analog image sensors including better scaling with CMOS technology due to reduced analog circuit performance demands and the elimination of column fixed-p...
